Detox facility on thin ice (KOAA-TV Colorado Springs - Pueblo)
After several months of meetings, a proposed de-tox center in El Paso County is in danger of failing for lack of funding. Sheriff Terry Maketa proposed including a forty bed facility inside a new detention center - paid for with federal ICE money.
