Crime beat: Drunk man jumps in family’s pond, pounds on front door
» 4:44 a.m.: In the 2400 block of 17th Avenue, a family reported a man was pounding on their door and screaming that he was freezing. Officers found a 26-year-old man who was drunk, in his underwear and soaking wet.
