A homeless man if facing several criminal charges for allegedly assaulting two Rochester police officers Sunday morning while at the detox center.

Spartanburg detox center shuts down over budget cut
The Raymond C. Eubanks Detoxification Center in Spartanburg closed June 30 after state budget cuts made it financially impossible to keep open.
