Is this a good idea for losing weight?
Breakfast (7:00) – Banana, Natural (Low Fat) Yoghurt.
Lunch (11:25) – Go Ahead! Crispy Slices.
Snack (3: 40) – Apple.
Dinner: Whatever mum or dad makes (always has protein and vegetables), no dessert.
OK, I am not gonna tell you how much I weigh or my height, age or sex because that always leads to stupid/hurtful comments.
