I’m 14 yrs old, 5′4", 127 lbs, 20.95% body fat, and I want to lose weight…is this a good diet?

I eat about 1500 (counting) calories in a day. I’m wondering if I should switch to 1400 to lose more weight…or cut down on carbs (ie: bread, pasta) but my mom won’t let me do either of these things.
Usually this is my daily food intake:
Breakfast: 1/2 slice cracked wheat toast and Reduced Fat Cheese, [...]
