Tried an tested experiences really really appreciaited.
And yes I go for hourly runs 5 days/week, ab circle pro everyday (Which i sooo recommend), sit ups, push ups, weights etc… but it’s not helping with the 5kgs i want to lose!!!
Just need alittle extra support
