i started this detox on saturday, today is wednesday with no noticeable changes yet, well i lost 2 lbs but i’m doin weight watchers since jan 08!!! 3st 10lb so far…. thought this detox would help with last few pounds!!! feeling good so far, was expecting cramps and alot of toilet trips but nothin yet!!!
