Has anyone tried and like the acai berry and colon cleanse diet?

Ok so i have heard about this diet all over, and i am very interested in trying it out. But i wanted to get some feedback from people who have actually tried it out. Is there a certain brand of products that i should buy that work best together? Please if you have tried this out let me know how it worked out for you!
