Acai Berry diet…does it work?
Alright so my new years resolution is to lose weight…just like every other women on the planet i think..lol.
Ok well im running and doing areobics and the whole nine yards.
Has anyone tried the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet? Have u heard any horror stories?
Im thinking about doing this as well as my daily workout routine (im very much over weight!) and wondering if it would be worth it
